About

Hi,I am Ankit Halder, an M.tech-PhD Dual Degree student in the Department of Biosciences and Bioengineering(BSBE) at the Indian Institute Of Technology Bombay(IITB). My passion for innovation in health care research strived to develop new skills in understanding biological problems and addressing them through various omics technologies and ML. I am looking forward to building my career in research and undertaking all the challenges in completing a Ph.D. Apart from academics and research, I have a keen interest in traveling, listening to music, and photography.

I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Proteomics Lab, IIT Bombay under the supervision of Prof. Sanjeeva Srivastava. My research topic is to identify novel diagnostic and therapeutic biomarkers for meningioma using multi-omics-based technologies. The main motive of the research is to identify novel therapeutic candidates by assessing the biofluids and tissues from meningioma patients.
